Join us on September 18th as we celebrate, remember and honor all those affected by a cancer diagnosis. This year's event will include a competitive and non-competitive 5k, as well as a one-mile fun run-walk. Volunteers are needed to assist with a variety of duties which are listed below. Thanks for your interest in volunteering! The race would not happen without your help.
Our committee members will contact you once you have signed up to discuss volunteer assignments and shirt size.
Volunteer Needs/Assignments Include:
- Pre-Event Work (Volunteers will be needed on 9/16/2021 and 9/17/2021 to assist with the event preparation)
- Check-In/Registration
- Event Set-Up
- Event Tear Down
- Water Station Management
- Course Help (Volunteers will need to be familiar with the course map to assist in guiding participants)
- Food and Beverage Prep (Food and Beverage items will be individually packaged, volunteers will assist with organization and dispersal)
- Kid's Area Assistance
- Art Project Assistance
- Medal Distribution
- Encouragement/Memory Wall Management
