The Foundation funds community health programs consistent with our mission and financially assists cancer patients during treatment.
What We Do
The Harrington Cancer and Health Foundation is a charitable organization working to improve the health of the people of the Amarillo, Texas, region. The Foundation was established in 2013 after the sale of the BSA Health System and the Harrington Cancer Center to Ardent Health Care. Our mission is to reduce the burden of cancer and to promote and serve the healthcare needs of residents living in Amarillo and surrounding communities. Programs of the Foundation include the Cancer Survivorship Center, Children’s Miracle Network, Circle of Friends, Friends of Fogelberg, Olivia’s Angles, Second Chance Foundation, Tobacco Free Amarillo, and the Women’s Circle.
