Assist the Don Harrington Discovery Center in partnership with All Path in hosting Energy Day, where student groups are challenged to create catapults on-site and test their accuracy and power for a panel of real-life engineers! Support during the event by resetting exhibits after students explore with them, or assist in event clean-up by taking apart catapult kits and tidying up after the day.
Requirements:
- Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to volunteer independently.
- Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a Parent/Guardian Consent Form on file. Contact volunteers@dhdc.org for more information.
- Volunteers should enjoy working in a dynamic envoronment.
- Volunteers should be dependable, friendly, and willing to follow instructions.
