Plaintiff, the Aquatic Center for Exploration, has filed an application to probate the holographic (handwritten) will (the “Holographic Will”) of Nano D’Sign. Plaintiff alleges that it is the intended beneficiary of Nano’s estate according to the terms of the Holographic Will. The Nano Estate is valued at approximately $14.2 billion.
ALL licensed attorneys and 3L law students are qualified to score. You do not need to be a litigator or have any litigation experience. The judging score sheets and a quick orientation before your shift makes it easy for any one to judge! Earn self-study CLE and 1 hour of ethics while you volunteer!
