Mail Room/Office Assistance - Stamp Out Homelessness

Our beneficiaries can get mail sent to the shelter. They typically need one of our IDs (Service Point ID) to check their mail, but it is ok if they don't have any form of ID. We record people's names, birthdays, and Service Point number (if available). 

We also need help with small tasks around the office like getting people basic first aid, medicine, hygiene products, socks and underwear, clothing, and miscellaneous necessities. We also have lists of resources incase anyone asks about a service we don't provide, so we can refer them to the appropriate services. 

This position requires a lot of interaction with our beneficiaries. There will always be someone in the office or immediately available to get help from if questions arise. 

Any amount of time volunteered will be greatly beneficial to our shelter!
