Our Volunteer Day is Saturday - times on our website depending on time of year. We welcome all ages 12 and over. If under 12 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Application to be a volunteer is on web at https://www.dovecreekequinerescue.org/get-involved/
On Volunteer Day we meet inside our 160 x 80 indoor arena so wear appropriate clothing. In winter can be chilly so bundle up - bring gloves and hat. Always wear closed toe shoes.
Volunteers of ALL ages learn about horses - how to handle, groom, meet others that like horses, and observe our trainer do a training session with a horse. Lots of fun - Dove Creek Ranch is beautiful. All info on our website at dovecreekequinerescue.org
