At Another Chance House, we believe that an organized and efficient administrative process is crucial for our operations. We are currently seeking dedicated Administrative Assistance Volunteers to support our Operations Manager in filing and organizing tasks.
Responsibilities of this role would include:
- Assist the Operations Manager in organizing paperwork and maintaining filing systems.
- Sort and file documents accurately and efficiently.
- Support in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office environment.
