Loaned Executives (LE’s) are responsible for scheduling and assisting in a company’s fundraising campaign. Employee Campaign Coordinators work within their own company by collaborating with the CEO and Loaned Executive to plan and implement the company campaign. Loaned Executives are volunteers that help United Way function efficiently and smoothly. Providing or acting as an LE or ECC also has benefits to the company and the individual such as increased visibility of company in the community, networking with other businesses, positive impact on community, improved public speaking and leadership skills of employees, and better teamwork and public spirit within company. The Loaned Executives will work in tandam with the United Way annual campaign which runs August to November.
