Discover! 4.0

Discover! 4.0 will be held at the Discovery Center on August 6, 2016. Guests will enjoy an outdoor festival set behind the Discovery Center museum. Activity booths sponsored by area businesses and organizations will be set up outside along with dynamic science demonstrations by the Discovery Center staff and music. Food trucks will also be on-hand to satisfy your taste buds. The evening will commence with an outdoor laser light show set to music. Admission to Discover 4.0 is $3 per person and includes admission in to the Discovery Center to enjoy the air conditioning and hands-on exhibits that the Discovery Center is known for. Extra parking areas will be designated.

The Discovery Center will need volunteers on Saturday, August 6th 3:30 to clean up, as well as set up prior to the event. Volunteers can work in shifts so that everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy the day. And as always there is a free t-shirt! 

Volunteers will be needed to help work the multiple entrances and collect entry fees, monitor trash as needed, clean up, various other odds and ends.
