The BBB Front Line Ambassador will answer consumer and business calls, educate and inform consumers on general business practices, warn about fraud and scams and support the Operations Administrator.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office products, type 45+ wpm and willing to learn, talk on the phone and multitask.
Other responsibilities include shopping businesses, checking advertising and general office administrative duties.
