The Bike MS: Valero Ride the Rim is a two-day bicycle fundraising ride in and around Palo Duro Canyon StatePark. This event supports the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and helps provide much needed services to individuals living with MS. For example: Direct financial assistance to help pay for high electric bills in the summer to ensure they can keep the A/C on, as symptoms of MS often can be exacerbated in the heat, and expensive medication needs to stay chilled.

Times: 5 a.m to 7 p.m. Varying volunteer shifts available.

Saturday: First United Bank Center, 3301 4th Ave in Canyon on the WT campus
Sunday: Palo Duro Canyon State Park at Mack Dick Pavilion

Volunteer Activities Include: Setting up/taking down the site, putting up banners and decorations, marking the routes, etc. Greeting participants, handing out t-shirts, managing food and drink areas, cheering on participants, photo booth, hydration areas, and helping with site tear down.
