Who We Are
TX Panhandle Pups Unchained, 501c3 nonprofit organization in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle.
What We Do
We build fenced yards for dogs living chained/tethered outside, we also provide them with a warm dog house and bedding. Fence material is purchased by donations and the fences are built by volunteers on a Saturday.
